Now we're focusing on building his stamina and appetite. Walking several times a day is my answer....
So grateful for our parents who have gone out of their way to lend a hand during the hospital days here and on through yesterday. I can't tell you how blessed we are by the time and energy they've put in. I've been quite uncomfortable with this pregnancy with ligament and back pain, so simple tasks around the house are slow-going - but my mother-in-law and mother have both offered so much help that at least my house doesn't feel like a total disaster area!
Here's a photo of Little Miss "C" yesterday with Nana.
So glad it is going well! Continuing prayers for all of you. Let us know if we can help. When Daryl gets back to his old self he may never let you stop cooking. Ha! Love and prayers, Elaine
ReplyDeleteHope he continues to improve. Still praying over here!

Hey guys ... been praying that this week was a good one and that the weekend is even better! If you've managed to stay out of the hospital, that's got to be progress! =8^] Take care and we hope to see you soon. Chip and crew
ReplyDeleteWendy,
ReplyDeleteI've been out of pocket for a couple of weeks. Just got to read the postings and am so glad Daryl is home and doing much better.
